It is tough to put in words the beautiful journey of four years in "GNITS" .  A mixed bag of emotions both bitter and sweet feeling.A master blend of happiness , enjoyment , a greater sense of responsibility and hardwork where pleasure and academics go hand in hand .                   On the day of my admission it was my very first visit to " GNITS" .Starting a new chapter without all of my old friends was something that was worrying me.My emotions were all over the place.Campus area is full of serene environment , huge lawns, variety of trees and plants everywhere,pathway decorated with climbers at ends,a breath of fresh air,the sound of birds chirping around .Every nook and corner of GNITS you will find a peaceful spot of natural surroundings whose value we will understand only when we graduate from the campus.   Kulfi One of the greatest Indian treats,the frozen,milk based dessert is known as the Official Ice-cream of India. It is a traditional and natural treat made and sold in the streets of India from ages. It is a potpourri of boiled milk and sugar,master blend of tantalising aroma of saffron,the handmade saffron-infused oil is added to this fusion,crisp of pista,the tiny specks of cardamom,crunch of almond, sprinkled with raisins,whisked with crushed cashews,gilded with golden walnuts usually served with attractive and flavorful garnishes for added textures. In the hot summers I still remember sellers carrying the large earthen pot filled with ice and salt called "matka" on their heads and selling them door to door surrounded by toddlers all round and he serves either on a leaf or frozen onto a stick. 85 years old woman still young at heart!!❤ The story of a 85 yeared young woman!!🙎🏻 The 85 years old woman named Sharada is very  hardworking and energetic.This lady works round the clock with dedication. She began to work in ashram when she was 25 years old. From day one of her journey in ashram till today is incredible.... The most remarkable thing is she gives her service in the ashram from am to pm with full energy and patience....She is never bothered about her breakfast,lunch and dinner she is much more bothered about her work .... It is very  hard to believe that this woman is much fit and fine without any ailments in this age..that's a beauty of her she has been gifted with this super power to serve us all... All the people in the ashram mostly everyone are younger to her....all of them continuously call her for morning chores it is awe inspiring that this single lady always responds and extends her service like a rolling top with a smile.....
